What is your favourite sports moment/memory? I have 2. Lanny McDonald scoring in Game 6 to clinch the Cup for Calgary in 1989. Flames are my favourite team. Witnessing in person the Joe Carter World Series winning home run in 1993.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? I would be a pro golfer. When you can make that kind of dough and you don’t even have to carry the equipment, that’s pretty sweet.

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? You'd think it would be Alfie in the '07 ECF, Clements-to-Gabriel in '76 or the Expos' 1994 championship (as awarded by me). But it's still my game-winning RBI in the 1977 Venosta, Quebec T-Ball championship. Tigers beat the Wildcats.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? Same as most people. I'd be playing shortstop in the 1977 Venosta, Quebec T-Ball league. Not necessarily for the Tigers.

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? Mario Lemuiex's game winning goal in Game 3 of the 1987 Canada Cup final.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? Top 10 in the world golf rankings. I love golf. It's a sport where the best can do what they love and make a very good living at it for most of their lives.

Co-host In The Box

Born and raised in Nepean, Jason enjoyed a nice little career in the NHL  including 5 seasons with the Sens before he found his true passion in life, RADIO. Yorkie burst on to the radio scene back in the Senators playoff run with the critically acclaimed show “Afternoon Delight” co hosted with AJ Jacuback. He can now be found sitting in the shade beside the gargantuan head of Lloyd sweatermen weekdays from 9:30am to Noon on the “In The Box”. In his spare time Yorkie sits on the board for the distinguished right shot defensemen club, enjoys the odd round of golf and fancies himself as an outdoor rink guru.

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? There are 3 sport memories that really stand out for me, the first I didn’t see live, the 1989 Stanley Cup Final. The Calgary Flames winning the Stanley Cup at the Forum, beating the Montreal Canadiens, I couldn’t even fathom how many times I watch the VHS tape ‘The C of Champions’. The other 2 memories revolve around the Blue Jays, the first getting to go down on the field at the Skydome for my 10th birthday and getting the chance to meet Rod Carew, Roberto Alomar and many of the Blue Jays at the time. The second was watching the 1993 World Series drifting in and out of sleep until my Dad woke me just in time to see Joe Carter hit his famous home run.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? If I had the opportunity or talent to play a professional sport it would either be at shortshop or in net in the NHL.

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? I was fortunate enough to cover Canada’s gold-medal winning game at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, so being there when Crosby scored in overtime was probably the highlight of my career.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? I would like to be the quarterback for my Dallas Cowboys – because quite frankly, I could be just as clutch as Tony Romo.

I have a lot of great memories covering the Stanley Cups, Memorial Cups, Grey Cups and NHL Drafts with the performance of Danny Battachio, goaltender of the Ottawa 67s vs Kamloops, 62 saves in the first game of the 2005 Memorial cup in London as the best individual performance i have ever seen live.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? Who wouldnt want to be a DH in baseball....what a life.

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? Player - scoring twice in the Peewee AAA provincial Gold medal Final(we lost), playing my 1st AJHL game with the Ft Saskatchewan Traders and fighting Bill Holowatiuk(I got beat up), attending training camp with the 91-92 Memorial Cup Champion Kamloops Blazers(they picked Darcy Tucker and Tyson Nash over me...go figure). Broadcaster - first OHL game with the Ottawa 67's in Sudbury(2003), 2005 Memorial Cup in London, 2007 Stanley Cup Final, talking pudding with Matt Kaunisviita on the Sunday morning Sports Ticket. Fan - Last game at Chicago Stadium(I will never forgive the Leafs for ruining it), Stanley Cup Finals, Winter Olympics, World Juniors, NCAA Basketball Tournament, Grey Cup, college football games at Washington and Michigan, Celtic-Rangers Scottish Cup Final, celebrating Newcastle's Champions League berth with delirious supporters in the away section at Blackburn, surviving the Millwall-Birmingham riot(bricks, fires, bomb threats, German Shepherds, good times).

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? Fastest man in the world. Nothing is more exhilirating than the men's 100M final at the Summer Olympics.

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? Playing street hockey when I was a kid. Back then scoring a goal was a big deal. Now I just empty the dishwasher to feel good about myself. My other favourite sports memory is hearing Steve Warne tell me all about his game-winning RBI in the 1977 Venosta Quebec T-Ball championship. Apparently, the Tigers beat the Wildcats. Steve continues to deny allegations that he was juiced that season.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? If I could play any position in sports, it would have been center field for the Expos. I would have been like a young Mike Trout – less the strength, speed, raw talent, bat speed and overall athleticism.

When did you join the TEAM 1200? I joined the station in May 2010 after AJ Jakubec contacted me really upset that his dry cleaner ruined his bell bottoms and wanted to know what action he could take. I said none said no one would believe that people still wore bell bottoms. I then mentioned we should do a show together on AM radio about the business and law of sports. He agreed and to celebrate we went pant shopping.

Dean Roberts Dean Roberts
dean.roberts@tsn1200.ca

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? favorite sports moment is matt zultek scoring the overtime winning goal for the ottawa 67's when they beat calgary to win the 1999 memorial cup.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? I'd want to be playing on the PGA Tour.

Dean Brown Dean Brown
Senators Play-by-Play

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? First Sens game vs Montreal at the Civic Centre.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? 4th line goon in the NHL.

Gord Wilson Gord Wilson
Senators Colour Commentator

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? Getting a chance to see and call first ever Senators game against Montreal, and getting a chance to see and call the fifth game of the Eastern Conference Final that saw Ottawa beat Buffalo to advance to the Stanley Cup.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? I'd be an NHL goalie. Would be one today if I wasn't afraid of the puck. Lousy quality to have as a netminder.

Dave Schreiber Dave Schreiber

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? The 1999 Memorial Cup when the 67s won it beating Calgary 7-6 in overtime right in Ottawa at the Civic Centre.Had the honour to call that game and every game in the tournament alongside Pierre McGuire and Dean Roberts.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? Would love to be exactly what Jason Spezza is....a number one centre with the Ottawa Senators.

Matt Kaunisviita Matt Kaunisviita

What is your favourite sports moment/memory? My favourite sports memory was when the Colorado Avalanche won their second Stanley Cup, and my favourite player, Joe Sakic, handed the Cup directly to Ray Bourque instead of hoisting it himself. If only Gary Bettman had let him take the Cup immediately, instead of forcing him to pose for the always awkward photo.

If you could be playing any position in any sport, what would it be? If I could skate a little better, I'd love to be a playmaking centre.
